Key Account Manager United Kingdom ^{vacature vervuld}

You will be responsible for optimal customer relationship management of a complex large client in London and its marketing service suppliers (agencies). You manage and secure the process of customer requests to excellent operational execution at the agency. You coordinate, delegate and monitor to ensure quality requirements, deadlines and budgets are met (SLA management). You develop strong relationships at several levels and will travel 1 or 2 times a month to London.

Internationally oriented Direct Marketing services agency. Location Amsterdam region.

• Broad experience in large account management in project management environment
• Knowledge of customer databases and CRM processes (7+ years experience)
• Strong communication skills and organization talent
• Customer service orientation
• Immune to stress
• Fluent in English and experience in doing business with English companies are obligatory
